These terms govern your use of workplaynest.com and any digital product you buy from us. By placing an order you accept them.
The products
We sell digital downloads (printable activity cards, planners and related files). Nothing physical is shipped. After payment you receive a download link by email and on the confirmation page.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars on the product page and are the prices charged at checkout. We may change prices or the contents of a bundle at any time; changes do not affect orders already paid for.
Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to download, print and use the files inside your own household or family. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense or use the files commercially, and you may not remove our branding or resell derivative versions.
Delivery and access
Delivery is automatic and immediate in normal conditions. If a link does not arrive or does not work, email support@workplaynest.com and we will re-send your files.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in a way that breaks applicable law.
No professional advice
Our materials are educational and recreational ideas for families. They are not medical, psychological or educational advice, and adult supervision remains your responsibility — including choosing activities and materials that are safe for your child's age.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
